At Broadfoot Racing, we don’t just work on Porsches—we’ve lived and breathed them for over four decades.

The shop is led by Albert Broadfoot, one of the most respected Porsche specialists in the country. Albert began his career in 1981 as a Porsche/Audi technician at the legendary Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville, Florida. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning “Employee of the Year” honors in 1988. That same attention to detail and commitment to excellence would become the foundation of his life's work.

Since then, Albert has built and rebuilt over 400 Porsche engines—for both street and race applications. His experience spans across classic air-cooled 911s, 944s, 914s, and even factory-built 996 GT3Rs. Over the years, he’s owned and operated some of Jacksonville’s top European repair facilities before fully dedicating his work to Porsche performance and restoration.

Albert’s racing credentials are as deep as his mechanical ones. He has prepared and campaigned cars in the Rolex 24 at Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, Grand-Am, ALMS, HSR, and dozens of SCCA and PCA events. His technical skills and track experience give Broadfoot Racing an edge few shops can offer.
